Do you supply your own cleaning materials?
Yes, we can bring our own Al Burooj Cleaning Kit, which includes:
Cleaning Products:
- Floor cleaner
- Toilet cleaner
- Bleach
- Multi-purpose cleaner
- Glass cleaner
- Kitchen cleaner
- Wood furniture polish
Cleaning Equipment:
- Vacuum cleaner
- Mop
- Bucket with spinner
- Microfiber cloths
- Sponge
- Scouring pad
- Floor Wiper
Note: Additional AED 10 per hour applies when requesting cleaning materials.
What are the nationalities of your cleaning professionals?
We have a diverse team of well-trained and trustworthy professionals from various nationalities.
Can I book more than one cleaning professional?
Yes. You can request up to four cleaners for a single session. Simply specify the number of professionals needed when booking.
Can I book the same cleaning professional regularly?
Absolutely. Many of our clients choose recurring weekly appointments with the same cleaner for consistency and convenience.
What cleaning materials should I provide (if not requesting ours)?
If you prefer to use your own supplies, please prepare the following:
- Vacuum cleaner
- Mop and bucket
- Multi-purpose cleaning spray
- General-purpose polish
- Floor cleaner
- Bleach
- Limescale remover
- Microfiber cloths
- Furniture polish
- Sponges
Note: A fee of AED 10 per hour applies if you request us to bring materials.
Do you have male cleaning professionals?
Yes, we do. However, availability is limited as most clients prefer female cleaners. Please mention your request during booking.
Can cleaning be done if I’m not at home?
Yes. If you’re unavailable during the appointment, our trusted team can still complete the cleaning.
For recurring service:
We recommend being present during the first visit to meet the cleaner and provide instructions.
For one-time cleaning:
Please leave clear instructions for home access (e.g., key with security, under the mat, etc.).
